Dark Destiny's Scourge

A magic item formerly stored in Azalin's Black Vault until it, along with a number of other treasures, was stolen by Rudolph van Richten and his associates. Said stolen treasures are all believed to have been ultimately destroyed. Only the items' names were recorded.
