The Mad Hatter (Deadly Denizens)

Appearing as only a wandering hat merchant, the Mad Hatter is actually a criminal mastermind who can read the minds or even dominate those wearing his hats- all the while making them think their orders originate from their own mind. The Mad Hatter has thus created a network of informants, minions, and thugs to use to his advantage.
