An elven mage. Lives in Valuan's Windmill in The Frying Pan. Loathes G'Henna. Loathes humans. Allied with a band of kobolds in Claws of the Beast.[1]

Valuan may have been a mathematician on an outland world whose mathematical models led him to believe that an infestation of humans would ruin his homeland.[2]
