Gaz II lists these as "Beast". I believe all Beasts became Animals in the 3.0->3.5 transition, though I wonder if this should be a Magical Beast instead? -- Gonzoron 17:01, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
If it has an intelligence over 2, for example, then clearly yes.
