Phantom's Bane was a lich confronted by a group of Monster Hunters that included Rudolph van Richten, Geddar Ironheart, and Shaunten. The lich had an impressive library inside its lair.[1]
Among his special weapons were Phantom Bane's Mummies, whom Dr. van Richten and his party confused for zombies, when in reality they were Rank 1 Ancient Dead.[2]
