Illya Buchvold was the younger brother of Lord Ivan Buchvold and a soldier serving Strahd in Prime Material Barovia.[1] He was also secretly a traitor and a Ba'al Verzi assassin sent to kill Strahd. However, Strahd defended himself well enough for Illya to killed by Leo Dilisnya.[2]
