Prince Talgaard Bolshnik

Price Talgaard Bolshnik was the first son of Kethmar Bolshnik. He was 
born no later than 707, as his younger brother Othmar was born in 708. Always mentally unstable, Prince Talgaard began strangling people to death in 720 BC, killing dozens of victims before being identified as "the Kantora Strangler" and being confined in the the Clinic for the Mentally Distressed in 726 BC. He was still institutionalized there when all of the clinic's inhabitants disappeared in 749 BC, the lot being kidnapped by the Nightmare Court.
