Karcau is a large town in Ustalav, specifically in the county of Sinaria on the southern shores of Lake Prophyria. Known as the Village of Voices (but pejoratively referred to as Little Kartakass by foreigners, Karcau is a center for arts and music in Ustalav.[1]
