rules over a domain shrouded in illusion to most of its people. Although the city seems bright and pleasant where nothing bad happens save for the occasional bout of disease, this is merely a facade for a filthy and decayed place. The unnamed Alhoon rules generates the illusion using an artifact held in its tower. Inspiration for this domain comes from the file Virtual Nightmare.
