New Detroit

New Detroit is a city in the Divided States. It is fairly rare in that it was built after the Big Boom, the nuclear strike that destroyed Washington DC. From context given in "A Darkness Falls", the construction of New Detroit was necessitated by the collapse of the original Detroit, and probably the need to house the original city's industry.. The Society of the Wandering Eye is aware of a tunnel network underneath old Detroit that may be connected to the city's collapse, and contains disturbing inscriptions.
