Adam Desjardins

Adam Desjardins is the patriarch of the Dejarddns family residing at the plantation Huit Cyprès in Souragne. The fortunes of the family have been in decline for three generations and are further menaced at present by the absence of a male heir. His wife is no longer able to conceive (there are currently four daughters of marriable age). To address this problem, during the last of the families infamous parties, Adam forced himself upon his eldest daughter. The matter fell out in such a way that the belief now hangs over the house that a demon has been loosed upon it.
