Elizabeth is the darklord of Hibernate.[1]. An outlander, she came from an unknown world on the Prime Material Plane where she was a noble. Embittered by her parents execution of her peasant lover and attempts to marry her off to a pompous nobleman, she went abroad for a time and there met a vampire bard. They fell in love and he transformed her into one of the undead. She eventually returned home, murdered her parents and everyone else in the mansion, and then turned them into her spawn. She ruled her household of vampiric span for a decade. However, she eventually abandoned it to serve a strange and disgusting deity called the Unspeakable One and vanished.Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag
Since settling in, Elizabeth has created a web of deceit and manipulation in Hibernate's politics via her prostitution ring. The mayors of Stratford and Donvanshire, Police Chief Robert Haight, and Pontiff Donovan Lindor regularly call upon her girls for serves.[2] She keeps Stratforc's mayor under the effect of domination[3], and she regularly drinks on the Pontiff's blood to keep him weak. Yet Kertad will forever be out of her grip, despite her efforts to send agents and dominated flunkies out to catch him.[2]
Elizabeth cares little about the prostitutes "under her care". She pulls their strings through a series of powerful drug addictions.[2]
