Timepiece of Klorr

One of the cursed magic items created by the mad clockmaker Klorr, the Timepiece of Klorr is an evil device that can grant great arcane power, but at a cost of the life energy of those murdered and sacrificed to the Timepiece. The Timepiece's nature as a simple pocket watch disguises its evil nature.[1]
The Timepiece was created in the approximate year of 390 BC[2] and was drawn into Ravenloft at no later a year than 540 BC.[3]
