Kasimir Velikovna (Fair Barovia)

Kasimir Velikovna is a NPC from the 4th Edition Module Fair Barovia. He is an old dusk elf druid and leader of the Veliknovna Clan, a group of dusk elves that are camped near Vallaki. Kasimir hopes to better the odds his people's survival by becoming close allies with the nearby humans of the town. However, time away from the forest has dampened his skills as a druid, and someone has been making his followers disappear. In Fair Barovia, he eeeks help from the player characters for this task.
