Inkeri Halvari

Inkeri Halvari (or "Inky", as she prefers to go by) is the owner and operator of Inky's Emporium in the Midnight Market. She is a highly skilled witch but has a highly eccentric personality, attempting to put on the airs of dignity and demurity but hampered in her somewhat childish self-centeredness, almost approaching solipsism. Inky is a well-known source for healing potions, divination casting, and other feats of witchcraft. What she charges seems to be determined on haphazard whim.
