As a ruler, the man that would become the Headless Tyrant sent people to die by by decapitation. These deaths became so frequent that the Headless Tyrant become cursed to himself be . Now he rules a domain comprised entirely of the people he saw killed. When newcomers to the domain show up, the Headless Tyrant orders his soldiers to bring them forward in the hopes that he can find other head to wear.[1]
