Umbral Creature Template

The Umbral Creature Template is an acquired template that can be applied to any aberration, dragon, giant, magical beast, or monstrous humanoid with a Charisma no less than 8. As such, this template is a croos-type template. It changes the creature type to undead with the incorporeal subtype and modifies the base creature's [[CR}} by +2 (+3 if Huge or greater size.).[1]
