Orogh-Hai, the Monster King

Growing up afraid of monsters yet jealous of their power and freedom, Orogh-Hai, the man who would become known as the Monster King, performed more and more acts of terrible evil in the service of becoming more like them. His form eventually became horrific enough to panic the most seasoned heroes. Orogh-Hai offers his victims a dread choice between death and monstrous transformation.
