Natasha Meleyan[1] is one of the Sisters Meleyan and as such, operates the occult shop We Sisters Three with her sisters Tanya Meleyan and Katerina Meleyan. If the We Shifters Three dread possibility is in effect, the three sisters are not sisters at all but instead a trio of shapeshifter monsters and serial killers that pray on single monster hunters and adventurers and then sell their magic items at the shop. In this case, Katerina is actually a red widow whom gains from the alliance with her "sisters" regular but hard to notice meals and the possibility of extending her lifespan one day.
