Virianis

Virianis is the wealthy and goodly man who owns and opperates the Madhouse of Tor Gorak. He is not an alienist and can offer the mad in his care nothing more than settle, food, oversight, and kindness. The source of his wealth is a mystery, but his reputation for charity is unimpeachable. He owns a headband that functions as a helm of comprehending languages.
