Former anchorites of the Home Faith have ceased, voluntarily or involuntarily, to belong to the clergy of the Home Faith. A small number has joined one of the other three sects of the Church of Ezra. Most are simply deceased. A tragic few survived the grave as unintelligent undead. The rest either have renounced Ezra or have been excommunicated.
It is only with the First Schism in 398 BC that the Church of Ezra was divided into the Home Faith and the Mordentish Sect. Individuals such Felix Watcher may not have realised at the time that they were quitting the Home Faith for another sect. Nonetheless, they are so classified.
