Not really. All you get on the file page is the comment field. Since this file's comment field does say that it's for Dark Angel's campaign, I think that is enough implication that it's homebrew. If the image were to be included in a page, it should be marked with the {{homebrew}} template. -- Admin 11:49, 26 August 2013 (MDT)
