After consultation with the books, I see no proof that Most High Priest Kir and Prefect Ciril Romulich were the same person. Clearly, the church of Andral has had multiple high priests (Sergei was high priest too). It's remotely possible that Romulich was his name at birth, and then he took a "papal name" of Kir upon becoming high priest, but since Sergei didn't change his name, that seems unlikely. Occam's Razor says they are not the same man, unless I missed some proof, in which case, feel free to merge them. -- Gonzoron 18:32, 6 September 2013 (MDT)
