Bluto Krogarov is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Curse of Strahd. He is a impoverished drunkard who kidnapped Arabelle, the Vistani niece of Luvash in the hope of making her a sacrifice to Lake Zarovich in the hope of catching more fish. He is known to trade all his fish to the Blue Water Inn for wine.[1] He is in all likelihood an alcoholic
