Nueve Pilares (formerly known as Yichol) is hub of safety and security within the war-stricken land of Ixcapa.[1] Governor Faustino de Galvano, the temporal leader of Nueve Pilares, has taken steps to ensure its economic stability.[2]
This is not to say that living in this city is exactly a wonderful place. Like many colonies of the Holy Empire, the native faith (the Star Gods) has been suppressed, forcing its worshipers to practice their faith in secret.[3] It also seems to be locked into the eternal time loop the rest of Ixcapa suffers from.[4]
