The Quartier Publique (Government Quarter) of Port-a-Lucine envelops the Rue du Soleil that travels from the Ste. Mere des Larmes to the Place de Léon fronting the Ruling Palace by Lucine Bay. the Quartier Publique contains many buildings dedicated to government and the arts. Although officially the property of the Lord Governor, the Council of Brilliance assigns usage rights to the nobility of Dementlieu, though such rights are given without formal terms and may change as the Council wills.[1]
