Soldani is the brother of Hyskosa. During the Grand Conjunction (specifically, during the events of the From the Shadows module), he tried to help Hyksosa's prophecy come true by recruiting some adventurers into hunting the Headless Horseman. He cursed those who refused his request. Such were the strength of his words, only a Wish could reveal his lies.[1]
