Yanor Biret

Yanor Biret is the mayor of Kubar in Hazlan. His son, Lothar Biret, was kidnapped by the Rashemani rebels led by Marran Rosa in a scheme orchestrated by the Black Duke. The Black Duke secretly murdered Lothar and reanimated him as a zombie that still seeming living. The Black Duke's ultimately schemes to use Lothar to drive Yanor, and thereby Kubar, further towards tyranny.[1]
