One of the illegitimate children of Vlad Drakov, Viktor Helsinger is from all outwards appearances the spitting image of his father, albeit one that has been rejected by that same father. However, such rejection has sown the seeds of dissatisfaction and dissonance within the heart of Viktor.[1]
Viktor was ultimately shifted to commanding a unit of raptor knights along a backwater region at the border between Falkovnia and Dementlieu. There he displaced one Rudolf Strasser, took his villa, and turned into into a fortress. Rudolf's wife, Gundra Strasser, is kept around as a maid and a captive ton ensure the cooperation of Eva and Vanna Strasser, whom serve as Viktor's concubines.[2]
