Can the PCs who've seen Jon and Van Diecks in wereweasel form tell them apart?

Yes,but only with a Spot check, DC 12.

Franz is up and kicking- can act next round.

How far away from a tree is Galandel?
History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

Maybe 15 or 20 feet at most.

Okay will Galandel will take a move action to move to the tree and a standard action to climb it.

Climb check roll
1d20+4=16

Right.

Let's see if Alain or Benn is doing anything this round. After that, a new round will begin.

If not, that looks like use of player knowledge. BTW, the beast was not gentle in dropping Franz. It just dropped him like a sack of potatoes. It wasn't trying to be gentle or easy. Franz may think it was, if he was confused by blood loss, maybe.
Read my post I kind of edited it :P
