Good call, making the rolls, Van.

I'd also like a knowledge :nature or profession:herbalist check from anyone with those skills.

I'll update soon.

Oh, unskilled PCs can still help look for the plant. Aid another will give a +2 to effective skill for searching for/identifying devil's helmet ( you have a drawing that may be passed around). This is also the case with the milfoil.

Also, if we look for milfoil, could Dorgio use a heal check for that?

That may help identify it, yeah.

Sorry for the rather idiotic question, but have we slowed down, or is the board engine wonky with the notifications, again?

We've slowed down because there was a period where people were deciding what the party ws going to do, and I wanted to allow ample time for consideration.

Weather Report:

It looks like rain, obviously so. If someone wants to make a knowledge: nature roll, I may provide a more accurate or detailed prediction.

In any case, I need to know what the party is doing. Looking for shelter in the mountains? Ignoring the change in the weather and continuing with wheatever it is you all plan to do now? Trying to beat feet downslope before a possible storm? Something else?

If it looks like rain, Franz will don his cloak and ask Galandel about the weather. His reasoning is that the elf is a person of nature.

Sounds good to me, my vote's for heading back. By the way, I don't suppose anybody has a spell that could keep fire burning during a storm, do they? Dorgio (and presumably Karim) should be able to light a fire pretty easily because they're half-Vistani, but I don't know if they could maintain a fire when it's raining.

Also, all this talk about werewolves reminded me of my absolute favorite episode of Upright Citizens Brigade:

DC 18 listen checks will reveal the same sounds that Franz just heard.

Alain did not make that but believes what Franz says about there being something hostile about by the reactions of the animals with the party . Alain would be all for getting back to the cabin as safely and quickly as possible .

Dorgio surveys the situation, water running from the ends of his mustache like small rivers.
That was freaking brilliant prose.
