Karim will flank again and will attack only with his silver short sword this time. So he will not have -4HR and can use this for power attack.
He will not drop the left scimitar though because gives him +2 AC.
HR: 21, if hits damage: 14

Chapter Seven has come to an end. You are victorious, and what's more, all still alive.
If the party has plans other than to return to Aidrha's cabin, please let me know. You could always camp in the mountains, if you prefer. I will edit as needed.
I may skip some game time in between chapters, or post an interlude.
If the party's intent is still to get to Pont-a-Museau, please let me know which route you all prefer:

If the party's intent is still to get to Pont-a-Museau, please let me know which route you all prefer:
- a)Overland into Sithicus, and then travel by boat down the Musarde river all the way home to Pont-a-Museau. A 'dragonboat' may be available, if speed is desired.
b) A trip to the twin ports of Kaynis and Mortillis, and then by sea to Mordentshire. From there, a trek through the eastern wilds of Richemulot, passing near Falkovnian territory, to the city.
c) Overland the entire trip- going North, taking the long way to Mordent, and then proceeding as with the first route. This is definitely the slowest route.
d) None of the above. Some other route, something not obvious from the maps? Perhaps try your luck with jumping into the border mists?

What would be fastest, the Sithicus route? We've spent so much time away from Pont that it'd probably be a good idea to get back as quickly as we can.
By the way, how are we doing on experience?

Y'all are creeping towards level 5. Closer now that you've defeated the turnskins. Progression was probably too rapid in the early chapters ( from level 2 to level 4 in just a few chaptersBrock Marsh Runoff wrote:What would be fastest, the Sithicus route? The sea route could be faster, but it is rather uncertain, and might take longer than expected if the winds and currents don't cooperate, or if your vessel gets lost in one of the fogs common to the Sea of Sorrows.
The river-route is the safest and surest way, and should be fairly quick once you get on a boat, as you'll be moving with the current. As noted, steamboats are sometimes available, for those who really want to travel quickly.
The chief recommendation for hiking overland the whole way is to see the woods of Valachan. They are just lovely this time of year.

Yes, and so is all the trouble we will find there too!ewancummins wrote:Y'all are creeping towards level 5. Closer now that you've defeated the turnskins.
