So,
By way of explanation, while I was gone for my conference I came down with a throat infection that was misdiagnosed as being viral rather than your run-of-the-mill strep throat. As such, they gave me no antibiotics and left me to tough it out for two weeks with just ibuprofin. Finally at the end of last week I went to an emergency room to get the peritonsilar abscess on the roof of my mouth drained (17mL of fluid, hurray!) and finally got some drugs so that I feel not on the verge of death.
As such, I am returned. Now to try and read up on what I missed.
