Skybolt-

We'll do your mini adventure now.

Brock-

I haven't fogotten about you, and update is coming up.

Tarlyn- Ditto. You got well ahead of the others on the timescale, so I'm keeping you scene on hold- but you'll be able to jump in fairly soon.

Everybody else-

Initiative and actions please. What just passed was the surprise round.

Oh, and

Benn took 10 points dmg.

Galandel took 12- a crit from a shot close enough to get a powder burn on your face! Lucky for you, the ball missed anything vital.

and Dofur took 7

Yes, these cats are within melee range or soon will be. I'm assuming that none of you have weapons bigger than daggers on you while eating a polite dinner, but your gear might be in the next room. Ditto for armor unless you are rude and have the endurance feat. :)

Your opponents are in studded leather or leather.

I can post a map if necessary. The dining hall is a big rectangle with doors on each side- big doors on the short ends and smaller service doors on the long sides. The baddies came through the service door on the right, behind Galandel and his wife.

:) Now, now, Dofur just stormed in. Did he really leave his weapons at the door?

True- he still has his gear at hand

Not so the others, of course.

Go to it, Raf. Let's see what Dofur has got. :) :azalin:

I doubt Dofur can do any more than I just posted. - If there is still time, he will rush for Denys, and try to help him against the masked men!

Let's see- yeah, that's a good first round. You moved, retrieved your own weapon, tossed Benn a wepaon.

Crossbow is unloaded, I presume. It's pretty dangerous to throw a loaded crossbow. :azalin:

Ewan, I'm assuming that Dorgio would have gotten the music box from Norzak before Norzak disappeared. But if that's not the case, I'll change my last IC post accordingly.

Doh! I posted as if it was loaded, as if it was unloaded Benn could essentially only throw the thing at one of the attackers. If I need to go back and change, let me know.
"Of course," Benn mutters, "It would be a damned shame if we ever knew what the hell was actually going on."

Adam, did you get to see the Ravenloft Board game this weekend? And if so what was it like? Did you even play it for that matter?

I was informed that the slow boat from China was to blame for there not being a Ravenloft board game to demo there. They had one of the boxes in a glass case, none for sale. I was not pleased.

However, they apparently announced Ravenloft as the next setting to come out, sometime next year. So that's kinda cool.

Adam-

Naw, that's cool. Rolled an attack for you as you didn't include one in OOC. 7. Oh, sorry about that roll. Could have been worse.

Brock-

Yes, Dorgio has the box.
