1 PC dead (Thora)
1 Super Important NPC dead (Evie)
1 Loveable Henchman dead (Aurelius)
1 PC Exiled (Galandel)

1 PC turns out to be a psychopath (Jon; called it)

1 PC Probably irrevocably mad (John)

1 Very unpleasant demon unleashed.
