We have a major shift in the order, folks! Still at the head of the pack, #25, the Wolfwere-Wagon!
But hot on his trail in second place is Car #8, the Phantom Pizzazz!
Shunted to third place by this brilliant maneuver by our ghostly competitor, it's #15, Chevy-Chevy-Huecuva, trying to get back his shot at the prize!
Who saw this coming? Not me, that's for sure! Brilliant driving by the ghost, who's putting all that afterlife experience to good use and killing it in those dead corners!
In fourth place, cars #20 and #24, Vampire Red-Eye and Howling Acceleration, are duking it out in the classic fang-vs-fang duel of vampire vs. werewolf!
Alone in fifth, #9, the Starving Dragster! The ghoul is plenty hungry for first place, folks, but will he make it before this race is done?
In sixth, cars #7 and #13, Faustian Ferrari and Cackling Lamborghini, the fiend and the hag are giving each other the evil eye something fierce as they jockey for space!
Next in seventh place, cars #5 and #17 are still neck-and-neck. Looks like the ermordenung and the lich aren't gaining, but they'll be damned if they'll lose more ground to the crush happening behind them!
(Knowing them, they might be damned anyway, folks!)
Cars #3 and #18, deathknight and mummy, haven't managed to build a lead, but they haven't lost any ground, either.
Cars #1 (arak), #4 (dread doppelganger), #10 (goblin), #12 (golem), #16 (lebendtod) and now #23 are all getting in each other's way! Brilliant play by #23, Swiss Speedster, but we only have one lap remaining! Can the wererat at least manage to make it to the middle of the pack before the race is over?
It's #11 and #22, goblyn vs. werepanther!
And it's #21 vs #26, vampyre vs. zombie!
They're the underdogs of the race now, folks, but can they pull off a final upset before we cross the finish line?
