Does any table here keep player journals? In-character or out of character, doesn't mater.
Was just thinking it could be cool to look back at a campaign from the players' perspectives, and see or relive things from their point of view.
It's a big ask for the table for sure, but it more than likely would be a pretty interesting read in that so-called telephone whisper kind of way. Especially if it was written from an in-character perspective.
Anyone?

Re: Player Journals
I have two players that kept in-character journals for their character. One is online here: http://themistway.com/Suriana-journal.htmlFive wrote:Does any table here keep player journals? In-character or out of character, doesn't mater.

The other only exists on paper in an actual journal that player doesn't want to share publicly.

Thanks. I'll be reading that shortly.
And I get somebody not wanting the limelight. Classic bass player. Under the hood is more important than the paintjob...

Re: Player Journals
We've only done one session (our second will probably be a week from tomorrow), but I recorded the session and typed up basically everything that happened. It's the beginning of FoG (redone for Pathfinder 2) and they basically just got to Kartakass. Took me like three days to input all the data.

In the long run, I'm planning on this campaign being Grand Conjunction 1-4, Thoughts of Darkness, and MAYBE the Grim Harvest trilogy. The second campaign will be a massively extended version of Curse of Strahd, which will include Gryphon Hill and Grand Conjunction 5-6. I really want to stick Bleak House in there too, but I'm not sure how best to do it. Anyway, that's the plan module-wise.
