Falkovnia
Dread Possibility
The Feldgendarmerie are the Falkovnian political and military police. They comprise of Talons who have exceptional intelligence and charisma, better to do their jobs.
The primary role of the Feldgendarmerie is to enforce discipline on the rank and file soldiers of the state. They also root out spies, take counter-measures against subversion, and investigate crimes committed by officers or officials of the state. Woe to the officer or official diverting tax money into his own pocket.
The Obergruppenführer of the Feldgendarmerie is Klaus Hausser, who is a Knight-Commando template (QtR #4, p.83) Lawful Evil Monk 2 Fighter 12. Klaus was subject to a unique Super-Soldier Serum that, because of the rare ingredients (one being andrenalin of an Infernal) is highly unlikely to be replicated. He has all the qualities of the Knight Commando, with the following differences. He has +4 ability adjustment to all ability scores. He has DR 5/good and magic. He has limited immunity to spells, magic, and items. Any magical effect that would affect him for more than 24 hours does not work on him at all. That means that the magical bracers that keep him under control as a Talon has long since ceased to function for Klaus.
Klaus has been diabolically effective as Obergruppenführer of the Feldgendarmerie , and that is due to the Infernal andrenalin coursing through his body. Klaus is still loyal to Drakov at this time, but its only a matter of time before Klaus desires more power - Drakov's power.
Dread Possibility
Vlad Drakov is not confined to Falkovnia, and can in fact leave his domain. Vlad Drakov can enter any territories occupied by his forces, even if the area is in the domain of another Darklord. This means that Drakov is able to personally direct his forces in battle in other domains. As Drakov is too wary to enter other domains for personal reasons, he is completely unaware that he cannot do so. Because Vlad Drakov is unique in his limited ability to cross domain borders (directly associated with his curse), he does not have the ability to mystically close his own borders. When another Darklord closes his borders and Drakov is fleeing the domain, Drakov is not impeded by the closed borders at all, and can cross through the closed border into Falkovnia safely. Not so his soldiers, however.
Quevari
Dread Possibility
Although Quevari are biologically identical to other humans, Quevari women are always attractive (Quevari men have the same chance of being attractive as other humans). Quevari women always give birth to more gilrs than boys, and 60% of births are female.
Many non-Quevari men that stumble upon Quevari communities are surprised at the surplus of women of marriageable age and agreeable temperament. Those outsider men that decide to stay and marry a Quevari woman soon find out about the blood moon. Some of those men even survive and work out ways to be elsewhere at those times. When an outsider husband does not survive, the rest of the community is always there to provide assistance, financial and otherwise, to the widowed Quevari wife and child.
The Quevari bloodline is matrilineal. A child born to a Quevari woman is a Quevari and subject to the blood moon even if the father is not a Quevari. A child born to a Quevari father and a non-Quevari mother is not Quevari and is not subject to the blood moon. A Quevari father with a non-Quevari wife and child is required to leave the Quevari community and live elsewhere.
Lamordia
Dread Possibility
Although Mordenheim believed that Elise was barren, he was incorrect. In fact it was Mordenheim that is incapable of fathering children. When Mordenheim committed his blasphemy against the gods and created a surrogate son, the Flesh Golem Adam, the Dark Powers took note and inextricably linked the lives of Victor Mordenheim and his creation, Adam. In addition to not being able to die unless the other is also dead, the Dark Powers granted Adam the ability to father children, something that Mordenheim cannot do. However, as a flesh golem Adam does not have the ability to pass along his bloodline. Instead it is Mordenheim's bloodline that springs from Adam's loins.
During his time as Darklord of Lamordia Adam has raped many women. In none of these cases did Adam plan the rape. In his loneliness Adam has spied certain women and fallen in love in a sense. He would leave them flowers or write them letters, left at their doorstep in the dead of night. On occasion a woman would reciprocate by writing back to Adam and leaving a reply on her doorstep, expressing a desire to meet her mysterious suitor. Only then did Adam reveal himself and the women were horrified. They yelled and screamed upon seeing his golem patchwork body, and in a rage of rejection, Adam brutally raped them.
Some of these women became pregnant, Adam was to find out later. However the children possess a remarkable family resemblance to Victor Mordenheim, clear enough that Adam can tell that it is not his seed but Victor Mordenheim's that he possesses. Although Adam has not harmed the children he is enraged at this additional humiliation. It has been some time now since Adam has raped a woman because of this fact. It is entirely due to Adam's rapes that there is a Mordenheim bloodline in Lamordia at all.
Paridon
Dread possibility
The countryside has returned in the exact same state as when it disappeared. Even though years have passed, no one has aged, and no one in the countryside recognizes that any time has passed. Elderly parents are reunited with children, or vice versa with parents reunited with children that are now adults. Parliamentarians returning from the countryside to the city cause an uproar when they attempt to resume their seats in parliament.
Darkon
Dread possibility
When Azalin first arrived in the Dread Realms, he was stunned by the sudden increase in his abilities. No longer did he need to prepare spells - he was able to cast any of the spells that he knew previously on the fly like a sorcerer, and he could cast a greater number of spells in a day. In fact, Azalin now IS a sorcerer, albeit his stat for casting spells is intelligence, not charisma, and his skills and feat progression is the same as a wizard.
As a 20th level sorcerer, Azalin has reached the limit of his spell knowledge. Contra cannon, Azalin can in fact gain levels, but he cannot trade out spells for other spells. He cannot learn any new spells at all. Any spell that Azalin could cast before, he can cast spontaneously. See QtR #14 'An Audience with the King', for speculation on what spells Azalin knows. When Azalin arrived in the Dread Realms and could hardly believe his luck due to his enhanced powers. Azalin continued to be delighted until he tried to use a spellbook to memorize a new spell and failed utterly.

Re: Your Dread Possibilities: the thread
I love the Falkovnian and Lamordian ones. A fiendfueled facist that Drakov can't control fits well with this other idea I had (a Falkovnian team of "special individuals" like a dark version of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Included a fey-hunter inspired by Germanic fairytails, a doppleganger who foolishly donned a Talon Bracer, a Lamordian scientist obsessed with making giants and the giant falcon pet he made Drakov, and an occult researcher secretly trying to become a lich after he formed a dark obsession with Darkon during the deadman campaigns)
