That one got rolled up into Liffe, didn't it?
I'm not sure. It's the one in Book of Crypts where the darklord is a jester who's introduced a laughing law. Like too many Book of Crypts adventures, it wasn't very well fleshed out.
ETA: Drinnik's descrpition is somewhat more accurate.

Not correct, I am afraid. Check GAZ IV (map on p.10/text on p.14)
The text simply mentions it appeared 11 years ago. I suppose that means it's a now-no-longer floating domain, but it doesn't automatically rule out that it might work as a phantasmagoria now. Then again, I happen to think that'd it work better as one.

What important do you see missing?

As for the 3E conversion of I10, really folks.. it isn't that hard to find.
a) log to ENWorld (else you won't be able to access the file)
b) click on (left side of the screen) En World Download
c) click on Conversion Library
There you go...
Thanks, I got it. I will make a link to it the appropriate FoS section.

I just noticed that the last update was several issues ago where QtR in involved. I forget most of what I noted, but I do remember the update of Arlington Farm was missing from the list of non-canon domains. It is probably just in the non-canon section that I spotted some things missing, but like I said, my brain is worse than swiss cheese at remembering what I noted as missing, lol.

As I understand it, the House appeared in Borca 11 years ago but that does not mean it wasn't elsewhere before that. I think it can still move but it chooses not to... for now. For now it is in the same boat as Castle Island.

For the (increasingly historical) record:
Brandi wrote:Staunton Bluffs
This one was penciled in to be the first domain covered in the final Gazetteer (Volume XIII). (The last was to have been Bluetspur, the middle two being left "blank" to make room for brand new islands of terror).
I am pretty sure 3e WILL see Staunton Bluff and its dread inhabitants... SOON...
Joël of the Fraternity wrote:Has these new domains been sketched?
Not the Gaz ones, no. Even if the Gazetteer series had stayed on course, Gaz XII and XIII (which would haveboth included new domains) would have been 2008 releases; way too early to think about, particularly in 2003.

Sure, it was way in advance. I was just wondering if you guys had discussed a "hey, I had a fantastic idea for a new domain, what about ..." with the others.

Yes and no. When I was writing the FAQ I read alot of old posts from the writers that lead me to take the stance the House is a floating pocket domain that does not move (as you said) but Castle Island is not. It's like the islands in the Sea, small domains entirely surrounded by others but stationary.
Really, it's cosmetic at best as you can have Castle Island shift about rivers and seas as you see fit.

By comparing it to Castle Island, I just meant that Castle Island was a pocket domain that doesn't move. Right now, the House of Lament is on hiatus and isn't moving so effectively for now it can be compared to Castle Island or even Necropolis. When the House begins to move again it would be like a Winding Road- or Carnival-style pocket domain.
I like the idea of having Castle Island moving around rivers and seas though...

Tovag and Cavitus (though presumably they cease to exist after the events in Die Vecna Die!)
These three domains are the only ones we intended to never bring back. By which I mean, some domains we actively wanted to bring back, some we just didn't really care about that much one way or the other. These three we knew we wouldn't address even if we had the opportunity -- for the reasons you list. One's pointless under the current licensing; the
other two got blowed up real good. (Though in an ideal world, it would have been nice to have remnants of the Cult of the Maimed Lord still lurking elsewhere in the Land of Mists.)
One this note - I know that Vecna was the Darklord of one of these (Cavitus?) - who was the DL of the other? I never managed to find the revised Ravenloft, or Die Vecna Die, so I have been wondering about this one.

In the salon, the list of domains file should help you
In it you'll have the list of canon products where this domain is mentionned or developped, the list of fan made product that completes the first list, and a few basics: creation date, location and darklord.
