Hello all,
I've been reading the VRG: The Shadow Fey these days, and I've got interested in the tale of the Widow of Wykmaren. Has anyone used this motif for his a game? - The basic idea itself is pretty old, I recall such a tale of eternal aging from Greek mythology.
So, what were your experiences, or, what would you make out of it?
Yours,
Rafael

Re: Widow
Yeah, that's the story. I wonder how one could make this an adventure... My party will have to cross a *feywood*, and I think this could be a very nice encounter on the way...Blackjack wrote:Is that the story where her fey husband goes awol and leaves her to be tended by other fey. Not a bad idea for a curse or failed powers check.
The Widow
Good idea.
I'm thinking of using it on a power hungry PC as a curse or power check. He's eventually gonna fail one its only a matter of time, and I use fey in my games alot more now that I got VRGttsf.
