Hey guys, just stopping in to ask a bit of a favor

Our NWN Ravenloft server is doing very well...the response from the player base has honestly exceeded my expectations...we even got interviewed by Bioware! I'd also like to thank the fine folks at the Fraternity, without you guys, a lot of my work would have been much harder to do.

Anyway, I'm here to ask for a bit of help. NWN has a lot of book items, but they all cover the Forgotten Realms. I need some Ravenloft books! I made a few so far, covering major historical events like the Grand Conjunction, the Requiem, The Dead Man's Campaign, The Threat of the Dukkar, etc. I made a couple of books highlighting the histories of Barovia and Gundarak (since our server is set in Barovia). I've also made a few books about simple things like the horse breeds of Nova Vaasa, and I even made one of Jasper's Ballad of the Taverners.

But I need more. You guys are full of great ideas, I'm always impressed by the stuff I read on these forums...so if anyone would be interested in helping out, either post it here or PM me. The book itself needn't be too long...a maximum would be the equivalent of three typewritten pages, preferably less, though. The author will be given credit on the front page of our website (www.nwnravenloft.com).

Still I'm glad you go well. I'll buy again the game just for this reason.

On Topic:
How about some not just interesting, but useful books.
How about a small synopsis of the VRGs? You could add a lot of tips on how to fight ghosts in 3 pages, Another one for vampires, liches etc.
However: I would avoid putting in the books game terms. I would prefer to find a book that said: "Some obedient walking dead are resistant to non-magic weapons" than "Some walkind dead have DReduction".

You would have to conntact the old Kargatane for permission but the framing fiction from the BOS_'s makes excelent short stories.

Alhoon: I already did the VRGs, just like you described, except for the Shadow Fey one, because I don't own it or know anyone who does. So if you can do a summarized version of VRG Shadow Fey that'd be great.

Jasper: no problem! I thought I'd add in whatever I could about the Galen Saga. I have alot of the Books of S_, I'll check them out and see if I can contact the authors.

if you want to, you may take Dalia's story in the BoS 2001 (Book of Shadows or Sacrifices, I don't recall). Forget about the stats, but I think the background as is could well be interesting.

It isn't too flattering to the Vistani, but I liked writing that story very much and imnsho it came out very good.

It must have the appropriate number of pages. I don't know if you need the Kargatane's permission, though.
