Norzak has moved, but still gets an action. Dorgio is free to act. He can move to the boat [or near it, whatever] and still attack /cast a spell/do something else.

Assuming your PCs survive this chapter of the campaign, I plan on continuing to run it. I have some ideas.....

Yeah Norzak was hoping Dorgio had a spell left, but that's all gone to hell in a hand basket!
