K so its impossible for Norzak to get higher than 24 thus it went in one of his boots. Though Alain would have to be sitting next to Norzak to see this or at least on the same side as he is sitting

As it doesn't really matter, I'll say Alain was sitting where he could spot it.

I imagined that he and the dwarf were seated near one another, but again, this probably doesn't matter too much.

No, I don't think he needs that explained to him unless Norzak also needs good hygenie explained to him !!!!!!!!

I've accomplished all I wished with the interlude. Unless someone has something significant to post, I'd like to cut it short now. You may all post 'good night' posts, of course.

We can start the next chapter whenever you all are ready. Once all of you have posted here letting me know you are good to go, I'll begin the new thread.

Also, let me know how soon you all plan on beginning your investigations into this magic portal business [as it seems the whole party has expressed some interest in this, I don't think I'm being presumptous].

If you guys want an office, just say you've taken a couple of days to fix up an abanoned building, or a section thereof. Hang a sign out front and you are ready to go!
