Here's something small that I dug up from my unused notes:
The Silver Branch (variable reliability, two-way)
This mist-way connects a section of the Arden River, in Arkandale/Verbrek, to the upstream border swamps of Sourange. Accessible only by moonlight. Reliability of the mist-way ranges from poor to excellent, increasing as the moon waxes and decreasing as it wanes.
The mistway appears as clear, swift brook forking from the main stream. The air and water along the route remain warm year-round, and the silverbells growing along the banks bloom even in winter. Nothing larger than a keelboat may pass the mistway; larger vessels get stuck on sandbars or drift through fog and re-emerge on the Arden main stream. Swimmers may encounter water moccasins (1 in a d6).
For travelers who drift off-course, roll on the following chart:
1-2 Mordent
Emerge along the Arden River, make an immediate DC 15 Profession: boatman or pilot check to avoid running aground on sandbar/stuck in a mire/etc.
3-4 Sea of Sorrows
The Mists part to reveal ocean in all directions (presaged by the fresh water turning brackish…but by that point, it’s too late.) 1d20 miles from the mainland or the nearest island.
5-6 DM’s choice/random

Re: Mistways
That looks interesting!
Hmm... I could see werewolves invading Souragne by that Mistway... or Lezards invading Arkandale/Verbrek by swimming the other way. It'd be a whole new war of fang vs. fang.

The Beast Wars have begun!
The Threefold Path is nifty. I like the ritual and the grimoire.
