In 5e Ravenloft, Gravedrinker is an ancient albino purple worm that dominates the Mound of the Worm region in the Dungeons & Dragons Domain of Dread, Hazlan. It was originally charmed and used as a living weapon by Eleni of Toyalis, a daring genius and favored apprentice of Hazlan's Darklord, Hazlik. However, Gravedrinker eventually broke free from her control.
