Kargat Activity Outside Darkon

[The Lesser Evil]

So the Kargat are supposed to in theory have some agents/activities outside of Darkon. I'm looking for examples of such activity.

I have:
(canon) in 581, border skirmishes between Darkon/Barovia
(netbook canon) Kargat agents to rule over Carcharodon Isle (actually politically a part of Darkon)
(netbook canon, Delirious Nocturne adventure, QtR 3) Dariana, a kargat spy, is sent to spy on Count Artiari and Armeikos in Liffe, and hopefully exploit the situation.

Anything else?

agents going to Tepest to get a cystal fashioned in forged of darkness. In theory the GC the kargat capture and bring Hykoska to castle Avernus. Kazandra is mentioned to work outside Darkon as a high level Kargat officer.

Weren't the assassins with the daggers in the "Death ___" series of adventures Kargat, or at least some of them? Pretty sure they wandered outside of Darkon's borders.

I seem to remember references somewhere to von Kharkov having scuffles with Kargat agents attempting to operate in Valachan (but I can't remember where I might have read that).

Von Kharkov is a thoroughly evil, quite territorial creature. I find no surprise that he wants to keep other evil monsters serving a very powerful and evil former employer out of his lands.
