Located to the northeast of Il Aluk, Desolatus is a satellite village in Necropolis. Like Decimus, the townspeople of Desolatus have constructed a makeshift wall around the town to ward off citygoers who wish to take the contents of its warehouses by force. However, Desolatus is mostly notable for the flowering of the Necropolitan Amaranth. The Garden of the Amaranth is held sacred by the oppressed underclasses of Necropolis but kept under close watch by the minions serving Death.[1]
