The Dark Paladins is a group of paladins turned blackguards that defected form the Knights of Light under the suggestion of the Dark Paladins' founder Gartax. Because the Dark Paladins and the Knights of Light are roughly equivalent in power, the two forces are locked in constant stalemate.[1]
