The strange, flexible nature of the Demiplane of Dread make certain aspects of it in part changeable by the beliefs and folklore of its people. One example of this is the transformation of creatures that were not fey to begin with into fey after a long time of popular belief. These Folkloric Fey have a few special characteristics, llike spell-like abilities that make them more fey like and differentiate them from their non-fey cousins. 3rd Edition game statistics can be created by applying the Folkloric Fey Template.^[1]
