The Katipunan Lihim is the subgroup of the Katipunan that deals with occult, supernatural, or other hidden forces and fighting the Red Death. They also seek to catalog and document every form of the occult arts. Previous members of the Katipunan who meet a supernatural phenomena might be invited to join this branch (especially those with supernatural abilities or talents). However, they must make a vow not to speak of their knowledge or this subgroup to anybody else, even members of the Katipunan Lantaran.^[1]

One of the current goals of the Katipunan Lihim is defeating the influence of the Nuestra Seniora, a statue displayed in Manila Cathedral. They believe it was used by Antoio Pijafeetta, an associate of Ferdinand Magellan, to call forth the fell influence of the Red Death into the Philippines.
